Policies and Procedures

All fees are due when services are rendered. Cash,check, and credit/debit cards are accepted. There will be a $30 return check fee on all returned checks. Late arrivals for appointments may not receive a full session length and may still be required to pay full session price. Anyone who “no call, no show” for their scheduled appointment will be charged a half session fee that must be paid prior to rescheduling. As a courtesy to the therapist please give a 24 hour notice of cancellation of appointment.  We at Flair Salon also ask that if you or a family member has been sick with anything contagious and have been running a fever within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, please reschedule your appointment so that we at Flair and our families are not exposed.

Proper draping will be used for all massages. Only areas being massaged will be uncovered. It is recommended that clients undress but leave his/her underwear on, however if you feel uncomfortable please feel free to discuss this with your therapist.

Any sexual inappropriateness will not be tolerated . Sexual misconduct will result in an immediate termination of the session and you will be asked to leave and not reschedule any future appointments. You will also still be required to pay the full session fee.
